Let’s get to know each other! During this session, we’ll go over your history, preferences and goals. This is my first step in creating a personalized plan to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll outline our next steps and ways to monitor your progress. 

You'll get access to a free wellness app to keep track and accountability plus a full report that summarizes our session.

Please note I do not offer meal plans but rather provide the tools to help you feel confident in doing so yourself.

Follow-up Support 

Get continued support with follow-up appointments. These meetings are ideal for accountability, learning more about nutrition and re-assessing our plan as we move forward.

There is a lot of nutrition information out there. But how much of it is worth your time? Bring your questions to this thirty-minute appointment, and I’ll separate fact from fiction.
